WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WITH DESIGN AND BUILD:
You’re looking for a home that is designed specifically for you, takes full advantage of the location of your plot and all within your budget. You’ll work closely with our inhouse design team who will listen to exactly what you want from your home. We will provide recommendations and guidance on every part of the design until your dream home is down on paper and ready to be submitted for planning.
You don’t have to worry about administration and paperwork related to planning applications and building warrants. We’ll take care of it for you making sure that every aspect of your self build process is streamlined.
Top notch communication
You’ll be kept informed throughout the design and build process – from our very first meeting until you’re moved in and our aftercare services are concluded. You will have one point of contact throughout your build; Bruce, our Client Relationship Manager, in the pre-build phase and once building starts your Site Manager will take over. Updates, including photographs, are available 24/7 on our bespoke online project management platform. You’ll receive access to this once you sign up.
Keep track of your build
We use our bespoke online project management platform to manage and record your build. Not only does it securely store all the details – only accessible to you and our team – it also provides a photographic journey from breaking ground to handover. Particularly useful if you aren’t located locally so that you can see the progress and feel completely involved. You can also use it to make selections and customise your new home. It’s really easy to use and we’ll talk you through it when we give you access.

We take payment in stages and we’ll give you complete transparency from the start on how and when these will take place.

- We’ll take care of planning permissions and building warrant. You’ll get access to our project management platform and trusted suppliers.
- Next, you’ll have a pre-build meeting with your contact site manager who will be your single point of contact until we hand over your build.
